Minimum Requirements

• You must have a minimum income of $2000.00 per month and to be able to prove it. If you have a spouse or parent who will be on the contract with you, their income can be added to yours to hit the minimum income level.
• You must have a valid drivers license
• You must have SOME credit history showing in the bureau. (good and/or bad)
• Your credit history score must exceed our low minimum requirements.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You will need to have a telephone in your residence and have a copy of a recent telephone bill that shows your address and phone number on it.
• Have five references (persons you know that do not live with you) - with complete addresses and telephone numbers.
• If you have had a bankruptcy, we will need proof of discharge. If the bankruptcy is a CHAPTER 13 that has not been discharged yet, we will need an approval letter from the trustee for the purchase.
• There is a chance that we will need to gather more information than listed depending on your credit history.
